Meet the Caterer
Bruce came to the island of Utila with wife Sharon five years ago. While his mainstay occupation of custom home builder has kept him busy throughout Central America and the Caribbean; Bruce's love of good food has nourished another of his creative sides. Bruce has been a restaurant cook manager for a restaurant in Texas, he has catered both a dinner party boat, numerous weddings and big events for Canyon Marinas Inc. (a large resort). Bruce owns and manages a successful restaurant in Utila-Driftwood Cafe Bar and Grill. For five years he has been creating comforting and soulful dishes for islanders, expatriates and tourists. His restaurant is rated #1 on Trip Advisor.
