Linda B. aka Sugar Mama
Linda is a self-described “travel junkie.” She has received education in the culinary arts from the French Culinary Institute in New York City, the Ritz-Escoffier in Paris, the Robert Kacher Wine Tour, also in France, was a participant in the Oregon Pinot Camp, and in 2006 became a certified Sommelier. She continued to indulge her appetite for travel by working at fine restaurants and resorts throughout New Mexico and Arizona during and after her educational programs, holding positions at every level from Pastry Chef to Food & Beverage Director to General Manager of the highly acclaimed 315 Restaurant & Wine Bar in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As The Sugar Mama, Linda serves as a menu and baking consultant to restaurants and culinary schools around the world. She currently lives in the Bay Islands of Honduras.
